Ford & Harrison is launching a quarterly educational luncheon series for Texas employers on the current activities in governmental agency enforcement. The first luncheon will highlight the EEOC.
About the Program
Join Ford & Harrison Dallas attorneys and Robert Canino, EEOC Regional Attorney – Dallas District Office, for a lunch briefing to discuss the current status of EEOC enforcement. This is the first in a quarterly series of lunch briefings designed to help your organization remain in compliance with federal and state governmental agencies. Topics for this luncheon will include:
- how EEOC enforcement has changed under the administration of President Obama;
- recent changes in the number of filings;
- geographic trends in charges being filed;
- the types of cases being brought by the EEOC; and
- what the EEOC looks for in deciding whether to bring suit.
