Geetha Nadiminti is a member of the Business Immigration group in Atlanta. She concentrates her practice on business immigration including evaluating the full spectrum of nonimmigrant temporary work visa options (e.g. H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, etc) and immigrant visa options (i.e. Labor Certification and other steps required to obtain a green card) for foreign workers, evaluating the immigration implications of corporate mergers and acquisitions, developing immigration strategy for corporate clients, and responding to Immigration Service Requests for Evidence on filed cases. In addition, she counsels clients on I-9 compliance, state and federal E-Verify requirements, and a range of worksite enforcement issues including responding to Social Security No Match letters, Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") Audits and ICE raids. She also conducts I-9 compliance training and audits for corporate clients.
Prior to attending law school, she served as a Research Assistant for Political Research Associates, a public policy think tank in Boston, where she performed research on a range of political topics.
