In order to compete for and retain the best and the brightest, an organization must effectively demonstrate its commitment to equity and diversity and the value of inclusion, as all three impact morale, productivity and client service.&nbsp;</p>  <p>In this session, we will explore the value of investing in equity, diversity and inclusion, explain these key concepts and explore the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels valued, included and empowered to do their best work and bring great ideas to the table. We will also touch on the critical areas of unconscious bias, cultural competences, microaggressions and code switching and how addressing these areas will lead to greater retention and advancement.</p>  <p><u><strong>Registration</strong></u><br /> This program will take place live in the Chamber Boardroom and via Zoom Webinar.
