Alec has more than 20 years' experience advising and representing employers in labor and employment law. He regularly represents employers in proceedings before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, as well as various other agencies. Since his graduation from law school, Alec has practiced exclusively in the areas of labor relations, employment law and workers' compensation. Alec also provides ongoing counsel and training for employers regarding human resource management, employee relations strategies, and the avoidance of employment-related disputes and liability.
