Alexis D. Eichelberger is an Associate with Kastner Westman & Wilkins, which is an affiliate of FordHarrison LLP.

Alexis first joined KWW as a law clerk in the summer of 2021 after completing her first year of law school. She was invited back for a second summer clerkship the following year, and ultimately accepted the firm’s offer to permanently join the team as an associate attorney following her graduation from law school.

Much of her early-career labor and employment law practice has involved labor negotiations, multistate employment law compliance, workplace investigations, and diversity, equity and inclusion education. She credits her many mentors at the firm for their guidance and for giving her the opportunity to leverage her creative problem-solving skills to develop legal solutions for the firm’s clients.

Alexis attended Ohio University, where she explored several academic interests. She graduated summa cum laude in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, minors in English and Spanish, and a certificate in environmental studies. She enrolled at the University of Akron School of Law in 2020, hoping to find a challenging and fulfilling career in law.

Alexis graduated from law school summa cum laude in 2023. While there, she was a member of the executive board of the Akron Law Review.
