About the Speaker:

Louis D. Wilson, an employment law attorney with FordHarrison LLP, will provide an overview of ADA requirements and employer obligations under the ADA, including discussion of the interactive process required under the ADA and assessing what constitutes a “reasonable accommodation” in light of technology and recent legal decisions, including addressing request for remote working, medical marijuana, and requests for medical leaves.
