Partner Gordon Berger was quoted in the SHRM article, "Apple-Federal Government Standoff Mirrored in the Workplace," on the conflict over a locked iPhone that belonged to a shooter in the San Bernardino, CA terrorist attack.
On whether Apple should unlock the phone, Gordon said, "If Apple were to provide a code crack to give law enforcement access to data that's supposed to be secure, the public will lose confidence in [the company] and it could be detrimental for Apple, as well as to any company in the wireless or computer industries."
