BIRMINGHAM - Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Marion F. Walker, a Birmingham-based attorney, has been named to Law & Politics' 2009 list of "Alabama Super Lawyers."
Marion Walker brings years of experience in both general and complex litigation and arbitration to Ford & Harrison with more than 55 cases tried to a verdict. In addition to 30 years experience dealing with private and public employment issues and litigation, she has experience with class actions, fraud, securities, business torts, intellectual property, financial instruments and construction. This includes representing clients before state and federal administrative agencies, as well as arbitrations. She has served as a mediator in employment and commercial cases for more than 10 years. Marion received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1976.
