In this article, sections of a white paper written by Daniel Sulton, a partner in Ford & Harrison's Spartanburg office, Lucas Asper, an associate in Ford & Harrison's Spartanburg office and Isabella Lee, an associate in Ford &Harrison's Atlanta office, were picked up regarding the unanswered questions of the FLSA's requirement that employers provide unpaid break time for nursing mothers.
