Caitlin E. Lane Joins FordHarrison's New York Office as Associate

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Caitlin E. Lane as an associate in the New York office and as a member of the firm’s Global Legal Services team.

Caitlin concentrates her practice on the representation of management in complex employment law matters and litigation globally, including in the U.S. Her practice includes advising clients on the complexities of employing people in multiple jurisdictions, as well as representing employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and violations of federal and state employment law regulations. Caitlin utilizes her experience gained in the U.S. and abroad to advise a broad range of global business clients.

Before joining FordHarrison, Caitlin was an Employment Claims Team Leader with a major workplace relations firm in Sydney, Australia. In this role, she managed a claims advisory team of seven people and was a lead advisor on complex cases. Her claims advisory role allowed her to provide management-side counseling and representation on various aspects of employment law including wage and hour obligations, employee disciplinary matters, adverse action, termination, discrimination and harassment.
