Catherine Gambill is an Associate with Kastner, Westman & Wilkins, which is an affiliate of FordHarrison LLP.

Catherine's interest in the law and workers' compensation began at age 16, working in her father's law office during summer vacations. Admiring her father's guidance to injured workers, Catherine was motivated to pursue a legal education before entering college. After graduating summa cum laude from Miami University and achieving her law degree from The OSU Moritz College of Law, Catherine feels privileged and honored to have the opportunity to practice law each day.

Despite her first exposure to the legal profession through a claimant's firm, Catherine's legal practice has always been defense and employer-driven. Throughout law school and following graduation, Catherine worked in an insurance defense firm, representing employers in workers' compensation matters and employment discrimination litigation. Upon joining Kastner Westman & Wilkins, Catherine's practice has been re-focused on what brought her to the legal profession years ago—workers' compensation. She advises and represents employers through all stages of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation administrative process. Additionally, Catherine utilizes her background in litigation to handle appeals into court. Catherine enjoys guiding management through both the administrative and litigation processes of workers' compensation.

Whether in trial, at an administrative hearing or simply answering questions on how to handle a report of a work injury, Catherine's practice always centers on her clients and her clients' goals. Catherine strives to exceed her clients' expectations each day, in the most thorough, timely and efficient manner possible.
