Collin O'Keefe's legal practice is solely focused on the representation of management in matters related to labor and employment law.
Collin earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as President of the Labor & Employment Law Association, was a member of the Dispute Resolution Board, and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He distinguished himself in employment law coursework by successfully defending a hypothetical employer in a Title VII and RFRA case exercise, earning recognition from his professor as the class’s top management-side advocate. Outside of law school, Collin gained substantial experience in labor and employment law as a Summer Associate at FordHarrison in Tampa and served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Honeywell at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also previously interned at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., where he supported investigations into deceptive and unfair practices.
