Corey T. Lee II represents employers in labor and employment matters and assists clients with workplace compliance, litigation support, and employment-related investigations.

Corey's practice focuses on helping employers address legal challenges through practical, responsive counsel and thorough legal analysis.

Before joining FordHarrison, Corey gained experience through a variety of litigation, public interest, and legal research roles. As a law clerk, he conducted research and analysis involving complex litigation matters, drafted legal memoranda, prepared pleadings, reviewed discovery materials, represented clients in arbitration matters, and assisted attorneys with case strategy and witness preparation. His experience includes work on class action, product liability, and consumer protection matters, as well as administrative and regulatory issues.

While attending the University of Tennessee College of Law, Corey served as a student attorney with the Legal Aid Society, where he represented clients in administrative and conservatorship matters, conducted client interviews, and prepared legal filings. He also held leadership positions within the law school community, including serving as President of the Student Bar Association.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Corey worked as a financial analyst, providing business and financial insight on pricing, operations, and strategic initiatives. This experience gives him a practical understanding of the operational and business considerations that employers face when making workforce decisions.

Corey earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and received his B.A., cum laude, in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California Lutheran University, where he was a collegiate athlete. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and has achieved a passing score for admission to the Tennessee Bar.
