The article states, "Due to the seemingly constant barrage of sexual harassment claims and the accompanying publicity, employers across all industries should be prepared for an uptick in attorney demand letters, EEOC or state agency discrimination charges, and lawsuits filed including sexual harassment allegations. Where victimized employees (women as well as men) may have previously feared retaliation or reprisal, employees may find today’s environment to be the right platform to raise harassment issues."
