FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Eric T. Holman has been named as the firm’s chief financial officer effective May 25, 2018.
“Eric has the balance of technical acumen and interpersonal skills that it takes to do this job well, and will be a great addition to the firm,” said Al McKenna, Managing Partner.
Eric has over a decade of experience working to help law firms maximize profitability and business success. Before joining FordHarrison, Eric served as CFO of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, a multinational general services law firm. In this role he managed all aspects of the firm’s Finance and Accounting Department, prepared the annual financial budget, and led the implementation of multiple financial initiatives to expand business outside of the US, among other accomplishments. He also previously served as controller and director of financial accounting and office services at Arnall Golden Gregory, a mid-size US law firm. Earlier in his career, Eric worked for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Turner Broadcasting System.

The beginning of 2018 brought other new leadership changes to the firm as well, Al McKenna was named managing partner, Meg Holman was named chief operating officer, and Lavern Wilson was named talent and recruiting partner.
