Flora also gained hands-on legal experience as a Summer Associate at FordHarrison in Tampa for two consecutive summers, drafting memoranda, EEOC responses, and motions.

Before law school, Flora spent several years with the Domestic Violence Legal Empowerment and Appeals Project (DV LEAP) in Washington, D.C., raising over $600,000 through development and event planning.
