ATLANTA- Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Chicago Partner James F. Hendricks, Jr. has been named one of the Top 100 Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2007 by the Labor Relations Institute.
Over 8,600 attorneys were evaluated by the Labor Relations Institute in order to compile the list. Selection is determined by the number of NLRB elections in which each attorney provided representation and the outcome of those elections. Inclusion on the list puts Hendricks in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the U.S.
Jim Hendricks focuses his practice on assisting management with labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board involving collective bargaining and arbitrations. He also defends employers in charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and other various government agencies. A large portion of his work is devoted to assisting clients in maintaining a union-free atmosphere and positive employee relations programs and training. Jim received his J.D. from the Loyola School of Law.
