Ford & Harrison LLP is pleased to announce that James F. Hendricks, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s new Chicago office.
CHICAGO – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that James F. Hendricks, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s new Chicago office. Mr. Hendricks previously served as the managing partner of Fisher & Phillips LLP’s office in Chicago. He will continue representing clients in the area of labor and employment law.

Mr. Hendricks practices before the National Labor Relations Board and also has significant experience with collective bargaining and arbitrations. He defends employers in charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and various state agencies. A large portion of his practice is devoted to assisting clients in maintaining a union-free atmosphere and positive employee relations programs and training. He has handled numerous employment litigation cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge, wage and hour, and non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements.

Mr. Hendricks received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, his masters degree from Loyola University and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Practice and Procedure under the NLRA Committee.
