Melbourne – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Jordan H. Kramer as an associate in the firm's Melbourne office. Kramer formerly practiced with Howze, Monaghan, Theriac & Kramer, PLC in Cocoa, Florida.

Kramer focuses his practice on representing management in both labor and employment matters. He represents and defends employers in proceedings before administrative agencies and in court (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA). He provides legal advice to corporations on employment matters, including termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, non-compete agreements, wage issues, and state and federal compliance. He also drafts and negotiates employment contracts and provides corporate training on lawsuit-avoidance strategies and techniques. Kramer received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2005.
