Ford & Harrison Expands Tampa, Florida Office

TAMPA & ATLANTA – Ford & Harrison, one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Desirée S. Demonbreun and William E. Grob have joined the firm’s Tampa office as associates. Ms. Demonbreun formerly practiced with Zinober & McCrea, P.A., in Tampa and Mr. Grob formerly practiced in the Orlando and Tampa offices of Fisher & Phillips LLP.

Desirée Demonbreun concentrates her practice on general employment and labor law representing management. She is experienced in all types of employment discrimination charges and litigation and has handled various administrative proceedings as well as state and federal court matters.

Ms. Demonbreun is a member of the Florida Bar; the American Bar Association; the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division; and the George Edgecomb Bar Association. She received her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law (2002) and her undergraduate degree from Xavier University (B.A., cum laude, 1999).

Bill Grob focuses his practice exclusively in labor and employment law representing management. He has trial and arbitration experience in a variety of labor and employment matters. Much of Mr. Grob’s practice involves enforcing and defending non-compete covenants, litigating traditional employment issues and representing schools and educational institutions.

Before entering law school, Mr. Grob worked in human resource management for approximately five years. He has served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Polk Theatre in Lakeland, Florida for five years. He received degrees from Georgia State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2000); University of South Florida (M.P.A., 1996); and the University of Florida (B.A., 1988).
