TAMPA – Ford & Harrison, a national labor and employment law firm, announced the addition of Brian C. Ussery, who has joined the firm’s Tampa office as an associate. Ussery was previously an associate with Thompson Sizemore & Gonzalez.

Brian Ussery provides counseling and litigation services on employment law and equal opportunity issues and advises clients on matters under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and other federal and state employment laws. He also assists both public and private sector employers in issues relating to labor relations, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration and matters before the National Labor Relations Board and the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission. He received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2001.
