Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Ashwin R. Trehan as a senior associate in the firm's Tampa office. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, he practiced labor and employment law as an associate at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. in Tampa.
Trehan concentrates his practice on the representation of management in employment law disputes and labor relations matters. His experience includes representing management in claims of violation of the FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII and state employment discrimination laws. He also has experience assisting employers with labor relations matters including unfair labor practice charges.
Trahan was recently named to the Florida Rising Stars list as one of the top attorneys in Florida for 2011. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007.
