ORLANDO & ATLANTA – Ford & Harrison, one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Charles E. Williams, Jr. has joined the firm as Partner. He will focus on employment litigation defense and practice in the firm's Orlando office.
Mr. Williams has practiced law for more than 20 years, concentrating on business litigation, including employment litigation. He joins the firm after serving for the past 10 years as President of Williams, Livingston & Associates (formerly Williams & Livingston), where he represented employers in a number of industries including manufacturing, banking, construction, real estate, retail, automotive and home healthcare.

Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1975 and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in Macon, GA in 1981. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Citrus Club and has a history of involvement with the Chamber of Commerce as well as a variety of community activities.
