MIAMI – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, with 16 offices nationwide is pleased to announce that Chad K. Lang has joined the firm’s Miami office as Partner. Mr. Lang concentrates his practice on representing management in both labor and employment matters and in commercial litigation.
Mr. Lang has defended companies in the areas of sexual harassment, disability, wage/hour, family medical leave, non-compete agreements, whistleblower and discrimination at the administrative, state and federal levels. Mr. Lang also regularly consults with companies in the additional areas of drug testing, employee handbooks, employment agreements, reductions in force, human resource audits and terminations. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, he practiced with Genovese Joblove & Battistsa, P.A. in Miami.
He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Labor and Employment Section and the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit

Mr. Lang graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. While there, he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and President of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Lang also co-authored “Serious Health Conditions-A Guide for Florida Employers,” The Florida Labor Letter, December 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University (B.S., 1995).
