Ford & Harrison Welcomes Paul R. Beshears to Atlanta Office

ATLANTA – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Paul R. Beshears as partner in the firm's Atlanta office. Beshears is a former partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Atlanta.

Beshears represents employers in labor relations and employment law matters. He conducts collective bargaining for management and provides advice to employers on their relationships with unions. He also advises clients on complying with labor and employment laws and regulations and assists them with investigations conducted by state and federal agencies, including the United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state fair employment practice agencies. Paul has tried numerous cases involving claims of unfair labor practices, discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Beshears earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983 and his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia.
