FordHarrison Adds Associate in Tampa Office

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is proud to announce the addition of Associate Ashley Petefish to the firm's Tampa office.

"We are pleased that we have been able to add such a highly talented individual to our team," said Tracey Jaensch, the Office Managing Partner of FordHarrison's Tampa office. "Ashley is eager to develop and grow in the practice of labor and employment law which will benefit our clients, both in Tampa, and nationwide."

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Ashley served as an intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In this role she drafted orders and memoranda and attended trials and motion hearings in the federal courthouse. She also served as an intern in the Appellate Division of the Sixth Judicial Circuit where her responsibilities included reviewing records and briefs, drafting orders and per curium opinions, attending appellate panel meetings and viewing hearings on motions and trials that occurred in this civil division of the courthouse.

While in law school, Ashley was involved in numerous organizations, serving as president of both the labor and employment law association and the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. She was also on the Advocacy Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Ashley was a national finalist in the ABA Arbitration Competition, a top 5 finalist in the Phi Alpha Delta Closing Argument Competition and third place winner in the Carlton Fields Appellate Advocacy competition.
