Abidoye has rejoined the firm as a Partner in the Los Angeles office supporting clients nationwide. Michelle returns to FordHarrison after serving in senior in-house labor leadership roles with Amazon, Providence Health, and Horizon Air, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in labor and employment law, labor strategy, and positive employee relations.
Michelle’s return further strengthens FordHarrison’s ability to support employers navigating complex labor environments, including union organizing, collective bargaining, workforce strategy, and culture transformation. Her experience leading large labor relations teams and advising executive leadership gives her a practical, business-focused perspective on the challenges employers face and the practical solutions they need.
