FordHarrison Announces 2026 Partner Elevations

NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys to partner status, effective January 1, 2026.

The following attorneys have been named partners:

Brendan Horgan – Richmond, VA

Brendan Horgan is a founding attorney of FordHarrison’s Richmond office and focuses his practice on representing businesses and employers in labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts. He regularly defends businesses in wage and hour collective actions and discrimination and retaliation lawsuits.

In addition to litigation, Brendan provides advice and counsel to employers of all sizes in various industries—representing Virginia universities and staffing, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction—on compliance with federal and Virginia employment laws, wage and hour laws, workplace safety standards, and trade secrets/restrictive covenant disputes. He also conducts workplace investigations and provides employment law training.

Prior to joining FordHarrison in 2023 as Counsel, Brendan practiced with large national firms and served on active duty as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate. He currently serves as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Brendan was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2025).

Kevin Little – Houston, TX

Kevin Little represents and counsels management in all aspects of legal disputes related to labor and employment law. He has represented employers in all aspects of employment litigation under federal and state laws, including discrimination, contract, and wage and hour matters. He has handled lawsuits under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Texas Labor Code, and the Texas Covenants Not to Compete Act. He has appeared in both federal and state courts and has argued hearings on summary judgment, class certification, and TRO applications.

Prior to joining FordHarrison in 2023 as Counsel, Kevin served as a senior staff attorney on the Houston Court of Appeals and clerked with the Austin Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
