Jill has a breadth of experience advising management in issues related to both labor relations and employment law, as well as a variety of regulatory compliance and counseling matters. Her experience includes providing strategic counsel to business executives and Human Resources management on all aspects of the employment relationship, First Amendment litigation, commercial litigation, corporate investigations and counseling, and privacy matters. David focuses his practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment law matters. He advises clients on employment discrimination laws, hiring, discipline and discharge, compliance with federal and state WARN regulations, implementing personnel policies and procedures, compensation, wage and hour laws and worker classification. David also represents clients in state and federal court in a variety of employment-related claims including unlawful discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and wage and hour class and collective actions. Luis focuses his practice on the representation of employers in matters related to labor and employment law including cases involving allegations of age, race, national origin, disability, sex discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, retaliation, FMLA, fraud, defamation, negligent supervision and retention and breach of contract. Luis also defends employers in wage and hour disputes and often provides compliance training to management, as well as representation during DOL investigations and litigation. For more on Luis, visit:

Amy concentrates her practice on litigating employment cases in state and federal courts, as well as representing employers before state and local agencies. She also advises employers on various employment issues, including federal and state anti-discrimination statutes, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
