NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Kimberly B. Myers has been selected as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2026 class of Fellows. This landmark program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Meron Squires and Rachel Saady-Saxe have been selected as the Firm’s LCLD Pathfinders for 2026, a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building.
“Supporting initiatives like LCLD is an important part of FordHarrison's commitment to cultivating diverse leadership in the legal profession,” said Nancy Holt, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner. “Kimberly, Meron and Rachel’s selection for the 2026 Fellow and Pathfinder programs is a well-earned recognition, and we are excited to see them participate in their respective programs .”
Fellows are selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD member corporations and law firms. Within their organizations, Fellows have distinguished themselves by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory towards leadership positions.
Pathfinders are selected by leaders at LCLD member corporations and law firms. They have been identified as early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
