FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is proud to announce the addition of Patrick (Pat) L. Ryan and Jessica L. Asbridge to the firm's Atlanta office. Patrick, who joins as a Senior Associate, comes to the firm from the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Jessica, who joins as an Associate, most recently served as Law Clerk for both The Honorable Frank M. Hull and The Honorable Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Pat and Jessica join on the heels of Timothy Williams, who started as Partner in August, contributing to the growth of the Atlanta office.

"We are pleased that we have been able to add such highly talented individuals to our team," said John Monroe, the Office Managing Partner of FordHarrison's Atlanta office. "Both Patrick and Jessica are eager to develop and grow in the practice of labor and employment law and add additional depth which will benefit our clients, both in Atlanta, and nationwide."

Pat focuses his practice on the representation of management in employment law matters. Pat has extensive experience in handling litigation brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws and regulations. He has worked on and managed FLSA collective action cases with more than 1,800 opt-in plaintiffs. He has also conducted numerous wage and hour audits including exemption, pay practice and time keeping reviews, for clients in various industries.

"I am excited to have the opportunity to come to FordHarrison, where I can learn from such renowned and seasoned attorneys. I look forward to learning a great deal and providing excellent service to our clients," claimed Pat.

Jessica Asbridge focuses her practice on the representation of management in labor and employment matters. Her practice includes representing employers in claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and violations of federal and state employment law regulations.

About joining the firm, Jessica said, "FordHarrison provides an innovative and energetic working environment, both for its attorneys and for its clients. I could not ask for a better place to develop and grow my practice."
