FordHarrison LLP announces the addition of David L. Cheng as a senior associate in the firm's Los Angeles office.
David Cheng concentrates his practice on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters. David handles a broad range of employment law matters and has extensive experience in litigating wage and hour matters including class and collective actions, as well as representative actions brought under the California Private Attorney General Act of 2004 ("PAGA").
Prior to joining FordHarrison, David was an attorney at a law firm that represents individuals in labor and employment law disputes. In this role he handled all aspects of litigation including preparing motions for class certifications, taking depositions of corporate witnesses and engaging and preparing experts for certification purposes.
