FordHarrison Grows Atlanta Office, Adds Patrick Ouzts as Counsel

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick H. Ouzts as Counsel to the Atlanta office and member of the firm's airline practice group. Patrick comes to FordHarrison from Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers LLC.

Patrick focuses his practice on helping human resource leaders and in-house lawyers with employment-related issues, including employee discipline and discharge, accommodations and leave, allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and policy review. As a litigator, Patrick represents employers in matters ranging from class actions to single plaintiffs to administrative hearings in federal and state courts. He has filed hundreds of position statements with the EEOC on behalf of employers. As a trusted advisor, Patrick counsels clients regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws. Patrick has also facilitated dozens of trainings for employers on how to practically implement laws in the workplace.

Patrick is a member of SHRM Atlanta and the Berry College Alumni Council where he previously served as Parliamentarian. Prior to practicing law, he taught high school English and coached varsity football.
