FordHarrison Grows by Adding Three Partners and Four Associates in Multiple Offices

NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm recently added seven attorneys to offices throughout the U.S. including our Atlanta, Chicago, Hartford, Los Angeles, Nashville, Spartanburg, and Tampa offices.

“We have been extremely committed during our second quarter to grow across the firm resulting in the hiring of six accomplished attorneys,” said Al McKenna, Firm Managing Partner. “We anticipate additional growth through the rest of the year as well.”

Fredrick (Fred) J. Bissinger has joined the firm’s Nashville office as Partner. He concentrates his legal practice on the representation of employers in workplace law disputes with a special focus on coaching, counseling, and advising clients on difficult employee issues, especially those involving complicated disability scenarios, including mental health and addiction issues, as well as a broad spectrum of problematic behavioral issues, terminations, reductions-in-force, and job elimination scenarios. Prior to entering private practice, Fred served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps from 1993-1997. Fred comes to FordHarrison from Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC.

Robert (Rob) E. Entin has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Partner. Rob has developed a depth of understanding of complex labor relations issues which has allowed him to assist his clients in defense of unfair labor practice charges, representation at arbitrations, counseling prior to and during union organizing drives, and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. Rob's practice is not limited to traditional labor as he also represents and counsels clients in various employment litigation matters, obtaining favorable results in federal and state courts. Rob comes to FordHarrison from Polsinelli.

Charles (Chip) O. Zuver has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as Partner. For more than 20 years, he has assisted employers in a broad range of industries in labor relations matters and counsel clients in related employment matters. Having started his career as an attorney for the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Chip is uniquely positioned to assist clients in traditional labor matters that fall under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Chip also previously served as labor counsel to the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, supporting the president and vice president of the organization, as well as studios, in collective bargaining and contract interpretation. Chip comes to FordHarrison from Burke, Williams & Sorensen.

The following Associates have recently joined the firm:  

M. Michelle Jones has joined the firm’s Spartanburg office as a Counsel. Michelle comes to FordHarrison from ChaceLaw Limited Company.

Jessica D. Jackson has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a Year One, Associate. Jessica comes to FordHarrison after completing her law degree at Emory University School of Law.

Jordan E. Koziol has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a Senior Associate. Jordan comes to FordHarrison from Jackson Lewis P.C.

Stephen R. Polauf has joined the firm’s Hartford office as an Associate. Stephen comes to FordHarrison from Chipman Mazzucco Emerson LLC.
