FordHarrison Grows Memphis Office, Adds Frank Day as Counsel

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Frank L. Day, Jr. has joined the firm's Memphis office as Counsel. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Frank worked in the Memphis office of McAngus, Goudelock & Courie, PLLC.

Frank graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis School of Law with his Juris Doctor. While at the University of Memphis School of Law, he was a Cecil C. Humphrey Law Fellowship Recipient, received numerous awards for Oral Advocacy and Writing, including Mock Trial Champion and was a CALI Awards winner for Civil Procedure II and Legal History.

Frank has nine years of experience in a variety of labor and employment law areas. He has presented seminars on various employment-related topics that involve harassment, termination, the ADA, FMLA, worker's compensation, the NLRB, structuring severance packages, COBRA, RIF, strategies for avoiding claims and social media and workplace privacy. Frank has been featured in multiple publications including the ABA Employment Law Newsletter, the Tennessee Bar Journal and the University of Memphis Law Review
