FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm held an Affirmative Action Program Workshop, The Fiber, The Thread, The Weave, The Web – Deconstructing Your Organization's Affirmative Action Programs, on February 24-25, 2016 in West Palm Beach, FL.

FordHarrison partners Christine Hanley, Bari Goldstein and Karen Tyner presented the intensive two-day workshop for human resource and legal professionals. The program was held in two tracks for Federal Government Contractors and Subcontractors: Supply and Service and Construction. The workshop took place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center with a reception following at the Hilton West Palm Beach.

Participants learned how to work with and understand Program analytics, analyze their Programs from a compliance perspective and ensure that their Programs are audit ready, validate hiring processes during the Program year to manage impact before the Program year ends, comply with prevailing wage laws and revitalize their Programs into a beneficial management tool.
