Prior to joining FordHarrison, Astineh served as an associate in the labor and employment practice group of Lewis Brisbois.

Astineh graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School with her Juris Doctor. While at Southwestern Law School, she served as an editor for the Southwestern Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program.
