HOUSTON – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Kevin S. Little will be joining our Houston, TX office as Counsel, becoming the second member of the office. Kevin comes to FordHarrison from the Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals where he served as a Staff Attorney for the Hon. Charles A. Spain.

Prior to his judicial post, Kevin represented employers in all aspects of employment litigation under federal and state laws, including in discrimination, contract, and wage-and-hour matters. He has handled lawsuits under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Texas Labor Code, and the Texas Covenants Not to Compete Act. Kevin has appeared in both federal and state court, including arguing hearings on summary judgment, class certification, and TRO applications.
