In this blog, Troy Foster partner in Ford & Harrison's Phoenix office, writes that in the April 23 episode of The Office, the Michael Scott Paper Company went under and that during its short tenure, Michael's company could have been sued several times. Now Dunder Mifflin could be on the hook for some of these potential claims since it entered into a de facto merger with the Michael Scott Paper Company. He also points out that Dunder Mifflin better be prepared for a rash of claims in the coming months...Michael has only gotten worse in terms of things that could create liability for the company.
