FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Mark H. Floyd has joined the Nashville, TN office as partner.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Mark led global in-house corporate labor and employment legal teams for publicly and privately held national and multinational companies. Mark concentrates his legal practice on counseling management in the full range of traditional labor law matters. He has global legal experience advising employers, managers, and supervisors in over 48 states and over 30 countries, in all major regions and sub-regions. Mark's broad range of experience makes him well suited to provide sound counsel to all levels of management.
In addition to his legal work, Mark also has led human resource departments focusing developing and implementing global employee policies, practices, and procedures. He also has vast experience in constructing client’s global labor strategic philosophy and employee relations initiatives. His substantial experience has given him exposure to various “worker” models from joint employer/joint venture arrangements to independent contractors. Alongside “worker” models, Mark has also equally worked with a vast range of global labor models as well from work councils, labor associations, labor front groups such as work centers and industry affiliations, to traditional labor unions.
