ST. LOUIS – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Matthew B. Banocy, a senior associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, was named to the 2018 Missouri Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine.
Matt focuses his practice on the representation and counsel of employers in labor and employment law claims. With a goal of avoiding litigation when possible, he is adept at providing preventive advice and counsel to his clients to help them ensure that their employment practices and policies remain compliant with the myriad of constantly evolving national and state specific employment laws. When litigation is unavoidable, Matt represents employers in a broad range of claims, appearing before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. In addition to being a Missouri Rule 17 Certified Mediator, Matt has also obtained favorable settlements on behalf of his clients at mediation.
