Matthew Luttinger Joins FordHarrison's West Palm Beach Office as an Associate

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Matthew H. Luttinger has joined FordHarrison’s West Palm Beach office as an associate. 

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Matt was an associate at a general services law firm with a focus on construction law based in West Palm Beach. While in law school, he served as the Articles & Content Editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. 

Matt focuses his practice on the representation of management in matters related to labor and employment law. He counsels employers in a host of employment law concerns including the development and review of employment and HR policies, compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), benefits, discipline and termination issues, Department of Labor (DOL) investigations, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) investigations and citation contests. 

Matt also has significant experience drafting, negotiating, and enforcing/defending employment contracts and non-compete agreements, as well as handling state and federal wage/hour and discrimination litigation.
