Myriyah Wells concentrates her practice on advising employers in matters related to labor and employment law.
Myriyah earned her J.D. at Emory University School of Law, where she served as Director of Finance for the Mock Trial team and Director of Alumni Relations for the Black Law Students Association. She was also recognized as a Top Oral Advocate and is both a Judson Graves Scholar and a Kessler-Eidson Scholar.
While in law school, Myriyah gained hands-on legal experience as a Summer Associate at FordHarrison and a general practice law firm, where she drafted position statements for EEOC discrimination charges, researched employment law issues, and prepared legal memoranda on workplace discrimination and compliance matters. She also externed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she supported the Hearings Unit by analyzing evidence, drafting legal memoranda, and preparing orders for administrative proceedings.
