Ross Boughton was quoted in the Law360 article, "New Calif. Law Leaves Contractors With Questions." The article looks at a new law that leaves construction contractors in California liable for unpaid wages owed to their subcontractors' employees.
On the new law Ross said, "It’s going to result in potential liability for contractors who didn’t do anything wrong, and whether or not that’s fair is a question.”
