Nicole’s legal practice is devoted to assisting clients in finding innovative solutions to a broad range employment law issues. She advises clients in all manner of workplace law matters, with a specific focus on preventing litigation through day-to-day proactive counsel on the development and administration of sound employment policies. When litigation cannot be avoided, Nicole is adept in research and analysis of litigation matters and advising on the most prudent course of action and legal strategy. Her knack for legal analysis and problem-solving have assisted her in servicing clients in a broad range of industries including retail, restaurant, hospitality, and transportation.
While in law school, Nicole served as a writing adviser and senior editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and also as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Nicole also interned at the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender's office while pursuing her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Alabama.
