About the Program
Building on the FWA’s “Outing Sexual Harassment 1.0” event in February and armed with data from the FWA's own survey of sexual harassment in the financial industry, four highly respected panelists will take the discussion to a new level to help individuals create cultures and solutions to address and eliminate sexual harassment in the financial services industry.

Our panelists will address each of the following questions, illustrated by our own Survey results:

  • What types of sexual harassment are most prevalent in the financial industry?
  • How is sexual harassment occurring, where, when, and to whom?
  • When does reporting sexual harassment to a manager or HR benefit the employee?
  • Why is it so difficult to root out sexual harassment in the financial industry?
  • How can sexual harassment in the financial industry be eliminated?
