TAMPA - Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Elizabeth "Betsy" P. Kuhn has been named to Law & Politics' 2010 list of "Ohio Rising Stars." This list recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state -- those who are 40 years old or younger or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
Betsy Kuhn recently joined Ford & Harrison's Tampa office, but was previously an associate with the Ohio-based law firm of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. Kuhn focuses her practice on representing employers in both labor and employment matters. Her practice includes all aspects of EEO claims, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases as well as labor negotiations, grievances, alleged unfair labor practices, and wage and hour law. She received her J.D. from Capital University Law School in May 2006.
