Tampa - Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Tracey K. Jaensch, managing partner of Ford & Harrison's Tampa office, received the National Diversity Council's Glass Ceiling Award for 2010. This award honors women who not only achieved personal success in the area of leadership, but have made it possible for others to more easily follow in their footsteps
Tracey received this award at the 2010 Florida Diversity & Leadership Conference in January. She was chosen as a recipient of this award as a result of her continuous efforts to demonstrate leadership excellence, due to her positive influence on those underneath her leadership, and because she displays integrity and portrays the highest ethical standard among colleagues and individuals.
Tracey is Board Certified as an Expert in Labor and Employment by the Florida Bar and concentrates her practice on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and contract dispute litigation. She represents companies in a variety of industries, including health care, corrections, banking, hospitality and retail. Tracey received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1991.
