FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Terry L. Higham has joined the Los Angeles, CA office as partner.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Terry practiced at Barton, Klugman & Oetting LLP where he represented clients in matters involving employment law, commercial litigation, privacy protection and cultural heritage restitution matters. He focuses his practice on providing legal counsel and representation to management clients faced with complex employment law concerns, but often handles business and commercial litigation matters because of his litigation skills and abilities. A majority of Terry's clients are in the state of California, but he has also handled matters in coordination with local counsel in Texas, New York, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
In addition to courtroom litigation matters, he handles administrative proceedings matters pending with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, U.S. Department of Labor, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
