  • Eligibility for FMLA and ADA leave and accommodations;
  • Leave and job duty accommodation requirements under the FMLA and the ADA;
  • Best practices for managing FMLA and ADA and common mistakes; and
  • The impact of new case law on FMLA and ADA accommodations.
